Jen Rumore (Colorado, USA)— This book explains in terms very easy to understand so many health/illness "mysteries" and weaves in a large number of approaches to wellness such as yoga, supplements, acupuncture, chiropractic and many more. It also explains particular conditions and how to either prevent them or support the body in getting back to balance with which approaches are likely to be most successful for the particular condition--A MUST HAVE for anyone with a body!
